By bringing in the entire project team (project managers, project engineers, foreman, site clerical staff) to review the contract and baseline schedule, and develop an understanding of the who, what, where, and whys of project documentation, most problems can be avoided through training. Our experts will provide the backbone and training to focus your team on the task-at-hand and sensitize them to possible claims and the need to document the project. Preparation of baseline schedule fragnet from project schedule;
Resource load baseline schedule (labor hours and revenue);

A 3-4 hour Team Workshop to present all of the above information held at your convenience, wherever you want;
